RETURN POLICY – STREETWHOLESALE

This Return Policy applies to products sold by GOPTOPTOPT S.R.L. through StreetWholesale.

Products sold by StreetWholesale may include second-hand, vintage, outlet, or products intended for resale, and their condition and characteristics are specified in each product description.

1. Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

In accordance with Romanian Government Emergency Ordinance (GEO) No. 34/2014, consumers who purchase products online have the right, subject to the exceptions provided by law, to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from the date they take physical possession of the products, without having to provide a reason.

The statutory right of withdrawal under GEO No. 34/2014 applies to consumers, as defined by applicable legislation.

For orders placed for professional or commercial purposes by legal entities, sole traders (PFA), or other professionals, please refer to the "B2B Orders" section below.

2. How to Request a Return

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must clearly communicate your decision to us within the statutory period.

To help us identify your order quickly, we recommend providing:

• Your full name;

• Your order number;

• The products you wish to return;

• The information required to process your refund, where necessary depending on the original payment method.

You are not required to provide a reason for your return.

3. Where to Send Returned Products

Returned products must be shipped to:

Before shipping your return, please follow the instructions provided by StreetWholesale after registering your return request to ensure that your parcel can be correctly identified and received.

Do not send parcels with shipping charges payable by the recipient.

4. Who Pays for Return Shipping?

When exercising the right of withdrawal, the direct cost of shipping the products back to StreetWholesale is borne by the customer, in accordance with GEO No. 34/2014.

Customers may use the shipping method specified or accepted in the return instructions.

If StreetWholesale arranges return shipping through a courier service at the customer's request, the shipping cost may be deducted from the refund amount, provided that the customer is informed accordingly.

This rule applies to withdrawal from the contract and does not limit consumers' rights in cases where products do not conform to the contract and the statutory provisions regarding the conformity of goods apply.

5. Refunds

In the event of a valid exercise of the right of withdrawal, StreetWholesale will refund the amounts due under applicable legislation, without undue delay and within the statutory period of no more than 14 days from the date on which we are informed of the decision to withdraw.

For sales contracts, we may withhold the refund until we have received the returned products or until the customer provides proof that the products have been shipped back, whichever occurs first.

Refunds will generally be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless the customer agrees to an alternative method.

Full Order Return

If the entire order is returned under the statutory right of withdrawal, we will refund the value of the products and, where applicable, the original standard delivery cost.

If the customer expressly selected a delivery method more expensive than the standard delivery option offered by StreetWholesale, the additional costs associated with that option will not be refunded, in accordance with applicable law.

The cost of shipping the returned products back to StreetWholesale remains the customer's responsibility.

Partial Order Return

If only certain products from an order are returned, the customer will receive a refund for the value of those returned products.

The direct cost of shipping the returned products back to StreetWholesale is borne by the customer.

6. Condition of Returned Products

Consumers have the right to inspect products to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and condition, similar to how they would examine them in a physical store.

Under applicable law, consumers are responsible for any diminished value of the products resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the goods.

If a returned product shows a reduction in value caused by excessive handling, damage, or use beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the product, StreetWholesale may assess the diminished value in accordance with applicable legislation.

A reduction in value will not be automatically applied merely because a product has been tried on or reasonably inspected.

7. Second-Hand, Vintage Products, and Grade Classification

A significant proportion of products sold by StreetWholesale are second-hand and/or vintage.

Due to their nature, these products may show normal signs of wear, color variations, minor imperfections, or other characteristics typical of second-hand goods.

Depending on the product category, items may be sold under classifications such as Premium, Cream, Grade A, Grade A/B, Grade B/C, or other classifications specified on the product page.

Characteristics and defects consistent with the declared product grade should not automatically be considered damage occurring before delivery or a lack of conformity.

For Grade B/C products, customers are informed before purchase that these items may show, depending on the product, stains, discoloration, pilling, small holes, damaged stitching, worn prints, or other signs of use consistent with the relevant classification.

These characteristics are taken into account when determining the product's price.

This information does not limit consumers' statutory rights if the product received does not match the characteristics, classification, or information presented in the commercial offer.

8. Multi Brand Packages and Mixed Lots

Products sold under names such as Multi Brand, Mix, Vintage Mix, Cream + Brand, or other similar package categories may contain items that vary in brand, model, color, and size.

Where the product page specifies that images or videos are representative, they illustrate the general type of items included in the lot and do not guarantee that customers will receive the exact individual items shown, unless expressly stated otherwise.

Specific brands, models, colors, sizes, or proportions of these characteristics are not guaranteed unless expressly stated in the product description.

The quality classification indicated on the product page remains applicable to the entire lot, according to the conditions communicated before purchase.

9. Non-Conforming Products

The right of withdrawal from an online purchase and the rights relating to non-conforming products are two distinct legal matters.

We will review your request in accordance with the applicable legislation regarding the conformity of goods.

10. B2B Orders – Professionals and Purchases for Resale

The 14-day right of withdrawal provided under GEO No. 34/2014 is a right granted to consumers, subject to the conditions established by law.

For purchases made by legal entities, sole traders (PFA), or other professionals in the course of their commercial or professional activities, including purchases intended for resale, the statutory consumer right of withdrawal does not automatically apply.

The terms applicable to B2B orders are those communicated and accepted as part of the commercial relationship, without prejudice to any other mandatory rights provided under applicable legislation.
