All products sold by GOPTOPTOPT S.R.L. benefit from the statutory guarantee of conformity and comply with the periods established under Romanian Law No. 449/2003.

A warranty represents any commitment undertaken by GOPTOPTOPT S.R.L. towards the buyer, whereby the company agrees to refund the purchase price, cover the cost of repair, or replace the product, without charging additional costs, if the product does not comply with the conditions stated by GOPTOPTOPT S.R.L. or in the product's declaration of conformity.

The product is covered by the warranty under the following conditions:

• The buyer purchased the product from GOPTOPTOPT S.R.L.

• The buyer has followed the product's instructions for use and maintenance, and the product has been used in accordance with the instructions provided by the manufacturer or distributor.

• The buyer has retained the warranty certificate and the proof of purchase (i.e., invoice or receipt) confirming the purchase of the product.

Circumstances That May Result in Loss of Warranty Coverage:

• Mechanical damage to the product, excessive exposure to sunlight, or unauthorized physical modifications.

• Product malfunction caused by failure to follow the instructions for use, maintenance, transportation, handling, and installation specified in the user manual.

• Mechanical damage caused by impacts or damage to the label displaying the product's model and serial number.

• Damage caused by flooding, fire, exposure to sunlight or electrical discharges, improper modifications or installation, or unauthorized interventions.

• Damage to the product's internal circuits resulting from shocks caused by improper handling.
