How to Buy

You can purchase products from our store online, by phone, or by email.

Online Orders

You can find the product you wish to order by using the menu at the top of the page, which contains the product categories, the menu on the right displaying all product categories and subcategories, or the search bar.

Once you click the order button, the selected product will automatically be added to your shopping cart.

After adding all the products you wish to purchase to your cart, you can proceed by clicking the checkout button and following the steps on the checkout page.

On the checkout page, you will need to provide the following information:
 

• Delivery Method: Express courier delivery (shipping cost: 25 RON) or Easybox delivery (shipping cost: 18 RON).

• Order Details: First and last name, complete address (County, City, Street, Number, Entrance, Building, Floor, Apartment, and Intercom Code, if applicable).

• Payment Method: Choose how you would like to pay for your order (Cash on Delivery, Credit/Debit Card, or Bank Transfer).
   

Using your username and password, you can log into your account to view your order history, track the status of current orders, edit or delete your profile, or place future orders without having to re-enter your contact information.

You can place an order by calling +40 745 342 133, and one of our sales representatives will assist you.

Email Orders

You can send your order by email to:

Please include the following information:

• Delivery Method: Express courier delivery (shipping cost: 25 RON) or Easybox delivery (shipping cost: 18 RON).

• Order Details: First and last name, complete address (County, City, Street, Number, Entrance, Building, Floor, Apartment, and Intercom Code, if applicable).

• Products Requested: Product name, product code, or a direct link to the product.

There is no minimum order value.
